[CAT] La rehabilitació d'aquest habitatge situat en un edifici de 1930 va partir de la necessitat de donar-li la volta.
Els espais de dia i nit intercanvien la seua posició original per a aprofitar la llum natural, i guanyen espai a la resta d'estades, creant un equilibri de dues grans zones: la de dia oberta als visitants i activitat del carrer i la de nit amb tot el necessari per al descans dels seus habitants.

[ENG] The rehabilitation of this house located in a building form 1930 started from the need to turn it around.
The day and night spaces exchange their original positions to take advantage of natural light and gain space from the rest of the rooms, creating a balance of two large areas: the daytime one open to visitors and street activity and the nighttime one with everything necessary for the rest of its inhabitants.

[CAT] Es recuperen mosaics i motllures originals i es combinen amb nous materials que volen actualitzar-los sense eclipsar-los. A més es guanya espai de magatzematge amb mobiliari fix a mesura, es divideix el bany original en dos i la cuina s'integra en el saló, deixant de ser un espai residual per a ser la protagonista.

[ENG] Original mosaics and moldings are recovered and combined with new materials that want to update them without overshadowing them. Storage space is gained with wooden custom furniture, the original bathroom is divided in two and the kitchen is integrated in the living room, ceasing to be a residual space to be the protagonist.
